We are seeking a Funeral Arranger, details of the role are as follows:

Role Outline

To meet with all clients, either in person or over the phone, to arrange funerals; with an understanding, caring and sympathetic frame of mind.  To handle their affairs from start to finish of the procedure and to clearly explain and communicate as and when the client needs it.

To work from multiple branches and pick up arrangements at a moment’s notice.

Experience within either a Funeral environment or similar is desired
