This beautiful and tranquil setting offers families a serene place to pay tribute to their loved ones. With a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces, Botley Hill Barn provides flexibility and personalisation, ensuring every ceremony reflects the unique life and personality of the deceased.

With only one service held per day, families receive exclusive use of the venue, allowing for a truly special farewell with:

Platinum package: The Red Brick Barn & Main Barn
- 24/7 telephone access with our staff
- Our professional services
- Arranging all aspects of the funeral service
- 24/7 transportation to collect your loved one from a hospital, nursing home or home address
- Care and preparation of your loved one
- Viewing of your loved one in one of our chapels
- A choice of wood veneer coffin (Newcastle, Longsdale, Hastings – can be upgraded for additional fees)
- One of our beautifully presented Mercedes hearses
- One matching limousine
- Conductor and bearers (up to 6 bearers)
- A choice of traditional or coloured ties.
- Ceremony in the Red Brick barn at 11am
- Celebration of life in the main up until 5pm
- Transfer of your loved one back into our care directly after ceremony for an unattended cremation the following morning. This can be upgraded to an attended cremation on the same day for an additional fee (before 4pm)
- Additional vehicles
- Embalming (required)
- Coffin upgrades
- Additional copies of the order of service
- Out of hours removal fee
- Catering
- 100 – 1000 copies of a tailor-made order of service including a framed pictured and in loving memory box. Created with one of our funeral professionals.

From the beginning till even. After the funeral the staff have been nothing but supportive, caring and amazing, making every detail perfect for my dad and I would highly recommend new addington branch Jackie and Tony was absolutely the best throughout this sad time and the team that helped to support us on the day bringing dad to the cremation, all the Rowland workers are amazing and also thank you to beauliau for the amazing support and service to my family and her guidance when taking dad on his finally journey, wouldn’t have wanted anyone else x

On the two separate occasions I used Rowland Brothers of Beddington, I was consistently impressed by the care and professionalism shown by the whole team. Their service during both my Mum’s cremation and my Dad’s funeral was excellent — compassionate, caring, and carried out with real attention to detail.
A special mention goes to Charlee, whose calm guidance, kindness, and thoughtful approach made an incredibly difficult time feel more manageable. While the entire team provided outstanding support, Charlee’s dedication and sensitivity stood out and meant a great deal to us as a family.
I am truly grateful for everything Rowland Brothers of Beddington did for us.

The staff that we dealt with at both the Warlingham and Croydon branches, either on the phone or in person, were all amazing and extremely considerate.

We received the most excellent support, help and arrangements from Simon and Jan. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Simon came to our home initially and immediately put our minds at ease. He talked us through the process very clearly, explaining all the options to us. He helped to make the day a very special, memorable one. Both he and Jan helped with the photos for the service which were lovely to have on display on the day. We would also like to thank the celebrant Anita who also came to our home and wrote the most wonderful eulogy on our behalf. We cannot thank the team enough.
