I honestly don’t have enough words to thank Roland Brothers, especially Bibi, for everything they did for me and my mum during one of the most heartbreaking times of my life. Losing my mum was devastating, and having to arrange for her to be repatriated back home to Grenada was something I never imagined I would have to go through. I was overwhelmed with grief and didn’t know where to begin. But from the very first conversation with Bibi, I felt that my mum was in safe and caring hands. Bibi showed me so much kindness, empathy and genuine compassion. She didn’t make me feel like I was just arranging a service — she treated my mum with dignity, respect and the tenderness she deserved. That meant more to me than I can ever put into words. The whole process was taken completely out of my hands. Roland Brothers dealt with everything for me, allowing me to focus on grieving and being with my family rather than worrying about paperwork, arrangements and logistics. They kept me informed every step of the way, including letting me know when my mum had left the UK and when she had arrived safely in Grenada. Those calls and updates gave me such comfort at a time when I was emotionally exhausted. Knowing that my mum was being cared for and that she was making her final journey home safely gave me a sense of peace when I needed it most. The service was truly fantastic from beginning to end. Professional, compassionate, caring and completely reassuring. And considering the exceptional level of service we received, the price was also excellent and very reasonable. I will forever be grateful to Bibi and everyone at Roland Brothers for the way they looked after my mum and supported me through such an incredibly painful time. You took away so much of the worry and gave me the space to grieve. Thank you for bringing my mum home to Grenada with the dignity, respect and care she deserved. During a difficult time, the company made the whole experience stress free, from the initial appointment in Warlingham branch through to completion of fitting of replacement tablet, the service was very professional, and sincere. Special mention to Chloe Stevens at head office, who kept me informed every step of the way. Very much appreciated.

with the passing of my late uncle who never had no children and i was the only living relative fit enough to arrange his funeral i was beside my self . but from the beginning to the end i had first class treatment my uncles funeral was beautiful i would highly recommend rowlands as they treat everyone with respect and kindness with personal care

My whole experience with Kate at Roland brothers was exceptional. From arrangement to the funeral day Kate's communication and helpfulness was second to none. Kate helped design the Order of service which everyone loved on the day. The Funeral director Adam was perfect and his crew. I would very much recommend Kate and Adam at Roland Brothers making our grief so much more easier.

From the start when we met Carly, Rowland Brothers have been so supportive and helpful with our unexpected funeral arramgements. Carly took time to explain their services and costs and she was very helpful in making the whole affair personalised to our loved ones taste. The coffin bearers wore ties reflecting her favourite colours which was a nice touch. Tony and all the staff were extremely professional, caring and compassionate on the day.
