John & the Pallbearers were all just so kind, caring & respectful mum just collapsed when dad arrived and John was just so lovely Your lovely receptionist too is always such a lovely lady With all due respect I hope not to speak to you soon, however, wish you all the very best and a good summer ❤️ xxx

Very professional & a little 'Old School' which is what you want / expect from a Funeral Director. This was the 2nd occasion I had need of Rowland Brothers and they did not disappoint. Everything went to plan, on time & with dignity.

Made planning a funeral very easy for me and they were very caring not to overwhelm during the process. Used an excellent celebrant to conduct the ceremony. Although obviously a sad day, they helped me make it a special tribute.

We cannot empathise enough the quality of service the Rowlands gave us throughout our journey exemplary!

Rowland Brothers provided exceptional care and support during one of the most difficult times for our family. We lost our dad quite suddenly, even though he had been unwell for some time, and the whole process felt overwhelming at first. From the very beginning, Sarah, our funeral arranger, was incredible. She showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout, guiding us through every step with such sensitivity and understanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made sure everything was handled exactly as we wished. We would also like to mention the celebrant Beaulieu, who was arranged through Rowland Brothers, who delivered such a beautiful and personal service. She took the time to truly understand our dad and captured his life so perfectly, which meant a great deal to all of us. Thanks to Sarah and everyone involved, the service was a truly fitting and meaningful farewell for our dad. We are so grateful for the care, dignity, and support shown throughout, which made an incredibly difficult time just that little bit easier to bear.
