Adam, Tracy and the team did a wonderful job arranging my Dad's funeral. They were so kind and patient throughout the process. Tracy came up with a great suggestion of the coffin flowers being vegetables since my Dad grew loads of veg, it was a lovely idea and he would have loved it. I had dealt with Killicks before and am delighted to say that the service I received from Rowland Brothers was just the same - excellent. Thank you all.

From th momnt I went to Rowlands to arrange my sons funeral I was treated with respect and compassion by Jackie. The whole process was explained clearly what was the prosedure would entail. I was kept informed right up to the day of the funeral. The day went without a hitch and the celibrant that Jackie recommended was extreamly profestional and told my sons story beautifully. I would recommend to anyone having to go through this to get in touch with Rowlands.

We cannot thank Rowland Brothers in Whitehorse Lane, Croydon, enough for the care, compassion and support they gave us when arranging our dad Gwyn’s funeral. From our very first meeting with Carly, who helped us arrange everything, to being introduced to Julia, our celebrant, and then having Adam look after us on the day itself, the whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was so caring, empathetic and understanding. They made what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family feel that little bit easier. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that Dad was being looked after with dignity and respect. The funeral itself went so well, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The team helped us give Dad the special farewell he deserved, and for that we will always be grateful. I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for yesterday. My aunt’s funeral went just as she would want it. Thank you very much for sending flowers it was a lovely thought. They were beautiful. Peter and his team were excellent throughout and the organist was excellent too. Do please pass on the families thanks to them all.

The level of service we received at Rowland Brothers Beddington from Charlee was exceptional. Charlee was empathetic, organised and professional whilst guiding us through the process of organising a funeral. On the day we were very well looked after by John Rowland who lead the Rowland Brothers team and the lovely celebrant Jo Tulley who delivered a beautiful service. We as a family would highly recommend Rowland Brothers.

Rowland Brothers gave plenty of their time to discuss all the funeral arrangements. The service was conducted with great dignity and was a fitting tribute to our wonderful Mum.

Rowland Brothers in Coulsdon helped arrange my mother’s funeral recently. As I had never arranged a funeral before, the extra advice they gave me regarding the necessary paperwork was extremely helpful. Judi took the time to talk with us and outline the options for different types of funerals and our decision to use Botley Barn was the perfect choice. Joe and the team on the day made sure everything ran smoothly and made a difficult day much easier.
