The staff that we dealt with at both the Warlingham and Croydon branches, either on the phone or in person, were all amazing and extremely considerate. We received the most excellent support, help and arrangements from Simon and Jan. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Simon came to our home initially and immediately put our minds at ease. He talked us through the process very clearly, explaining all the options to us. He helped to make the day a very special, memorable one. Both he and Jan helped with the photos for the service which were lovely to have on display on the day. We would also like to thank the celebrant Anita who also came to our home and wrote the most wonderful eulogy on our behalf. We cannot thank the team enough.
