The end to end service provided by Rowland Brothers was exceptional. From our initial meeting with Sarah, our Funeral Arranger, Ruby Williams who also assisted with the arrangements, Tracy the Receptionist for her words of comfort, John whose professionalism was much admired and every one else who were involved in facilitating a beautiful and dignified funeral and burial of our beloved Mrs Claudeth Kayum on 27th August 2026. The whole process was done in such a kind caring compassionate way and I know my Mum was looked after with kindness. They looked to my wellbeing as well from beginning to end and were very helpful when organising the funeral and the interment afterwards

Rowland Brothers helped me with my mum's funeral. I couldn't fault anything from my first meeting with Sarah Neal to the actual furneral day with Colin and his team. I sent a picture of my dad's forever bed to Sarah requested mum's be the same and it was perfect which I really appreciated. From the start when we met Carly, Rowland Brothers have been so supportive and helpful with our unexpected funeral arramgements. Carly took time to explain their services and costs and she was very helpful in making the whole affair personalised to our loved ones taste. The coffin bearers wore ties reflecting her favourite colours which was a nice touch. Tony and all the staff were extremely professional, caring and compassionate on the day. My heartfelt thanks go to Rowland Brothers for the professional and caring way that they arranged and executed the funeral for a man that I have befriended for over 58 years. Judi Knoakes always had time to talk about the details and the person entrusted to their care - even though I am sure she was very busy. On the day, David Collins, Funeral Director led the team for a gentle, dignified last farewell to an old friend. Thank you all so much from all our family.

Simon and Jan provided exemplary service throughout. Simon was extremely understanding and did everything he could to ensure we were given the upmost respect and care during the most difficult period of our lives. I can’t thank them enough for what they did. Thank you.
