Charles King
Charles worked as a Salvation Army officer for more than 30 years and conducted multiple funerals, also providing pastoral support and counselling to people in their bereavement. Charles joined the Rowland Brothers Foundation after retiring from the Salvation Army.

Chris Roe
RBF Chief Development Officer / Celebrant
Chris Roe has been a minister at various churches for two decades and was the Club Chaplain for Crystal Palace FC from 2005-2023. Chris has a Masters degree in pastoral care, with a wealth of experience.

Rowland Brothers are very proud that our trustee Chris Roe is the club chaplain of Crystal Palace FC. Chris succeeded Rev Nigel Sands in 2005 and has provided pastoral care and support to the club for nearly two decades.

Mary Clair Kelly
Child Bereavement Expert
After setting out as a bereavement counsellor for Cruse Bereavement Care, Mary Clair worked for five years as a Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream state secondary school while training as an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. Now she provides therapy for children from a variety of backgrounds aged 5-18 years in private practice and as a School Counsellor. Mary Clair uses her experience to provide accessible and relevant training to working with young people so that they will have confidence to support them effectively through loss and bereavement.
