We have had the honour of conducting two Masonic funerals recently. One was a close friend of Tony Rowland. Frederick White had company freemasons bearing his coffin, wearing collars of Office and Tony Rowland conducting. Fred was also a veteran of the Royal Signals and a veteran stood by saluting.

Alan Wright was our second Masonic funeral, a mason of 60 years.  Tony was not available to conduct this day, so Neil stepped up to conduct. The chaplain from Alan’s lodge read the Masonic prayer. Alan’s Masonic regalia was placed into our care for us to pass onto his old lodge which was completed at the end of the service.
