From the very first moment we reached out, we felt supported, listened to, and truly looked after. A special mention must go to Charlie, who guided us through every step with such patience, gentleness and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble — Charlie helped us organise everything perfectly for my mother in law taking so much weight from our shoulders and ensuring every detail was exactly as we wanted. You made a hard journey feel bearable, and we are so deeply grateful. We also want to thank the funeral drivers — they were so respectful, calm and professional. They handled everything with such care and dignity, arriving promptly and ensuring the journey was smooth and peaceful. We felt our loved one was in the safest, kindest hands. Every single person here treated us like family. They don’t just do a job — they truly care. Rowland Brothers were helpful from the moment we contacted them. I was a bit dazed at first but they explained everything about timings and numbers and lovely things like the doves I had never heard of. On the day of the funeral they rang me then took care of everything payments for priest and organist eg. Also transporting us to the crematorium and back to the wake. We had paid in advance for the main part of the funeral which they had organised for us and this made a huge difference to our family. Nothing was too much for them. I couldn’t have chosen a better company for my mum, rowland brothers in Croydon was very affordable made sure everything ran smoothly and on time in such a professional manner and with what we wanted on the day. Just want to say a big thank you to Carly baker who helped arrange and answer any questions i had she was very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process and a thank you to Adam on the day of the funeral he was the one who took me step by step what was going to happen. I honestly don’t have enough words to thank Roland Brothers, especially Bibi, for everything they did for me and my mum during one of the most heartbreaking times of my life. Losing my mum was devastating, and having to arrange for her to be repatriated back home to Grenada was something I never imagined I would have to go through. I was overwhelmed with grief and didn’t know where to begin. But from the very first conversation with Bibi, I felt that my mum was in safe and caring hands. Bibi showed me so much kindness, empathy and genuine compassion. She didn’t make me feel like I was just arranging a service — she treated my mum with dignity, respect and the tenderness she deserved. That meant more to me than I can ever put into words. The whole process was taken completely out of my hands. Roland Brothers dealt with everything for me, allowing me to focus on grieving and being with my family rather than worrying about paperwork, arrangements and logistics. They kept me informed every step of the way, including letting me know when my mum had left the UK and when she had arrived safely in Grenada. Those calls and updates gave me such comfort at a time when I was emotionally exhausted. Knowing that my mum was being cared for and that she was making her final journey home safely gave me a sense of peace when I needed it most. The service was truly fantastic from beginning to end. Professional, compassionate, caring and completely reassuring. And considering the exceptional level of service we received, the price was also excellent and very reasonable. I will forever be grateful to Bibi and everyone at Roland Brothers for the way they looked after my mum and supported me through such an incredibly painful time. You took away so much of the worry and gave me the space to grieve. Thank you for bringing my mum home to Grenada with the dignity, respect and care she deserved.
