We are seeking an experienced General Manager with experience of managing a busy company and someone who can work at Senior Board level as part of a Management Team.
The role includes some of the following:
- To take full ownership and accountability for the operations and running of the business. To create and implement full procedural and operational documentation, covering every department and all operational areas within the group. To review existing operations and seek to continually streamline procedures for optimum efficiency and cost effective methods of working.
- To take responsibility, ownership and accountability to ensure the general office facilities are looked after and to negotiate best rates for all maintenance and facilities on the smooth running of the offices.
- To meet external clients in order to explain the services the group offers and to demonstrate the efficient and professional way in which we operate to ensure confidence and offer a reliability guarantee.
- To help promote us by establishing himself as a figure in the community – e.g. by attending events, joining Rotary, Probus, Masonic and other such clubs as appropriate.
